From our very first conversation, you receive clear direction: carefully selected options, my recommendations and a planning process that feels organised and manageable.
I support you through every key decision, help shape the overall vision, and make sure the final weeks are calm, well prepared and fully thought through — including the wedding day timeline and contingency planning.
On the wedding day itself, everything is ready to unfold smoothly, so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration with the people you love.
Wedding support — expert help when you need it most
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what to do next, I offer focused support to help you regain clarity and move forward with confidence.
This can take the form of a video call or an in-person coffee meeting — whichever feels easier for you. During our time together, I help you solve a specific problem, organise your next steps and make better decisions with the support of my experience.
This option is ideal if you do not need full planning, but want a trusted expert to guide you through a difficult moment in the process.
Wedding day Coordination — calm, control and full presence
Even if you planned the wedding yourselves, your wedding day should feel joyful, smooth and free from stress. On that day, I take over the flow, the communication and the behind-the-scenes logistics, so you can simply be present.
My role usually begins around three months before the wedding. This gives me time to understand your vision, review all supplier arrangements and prepare a clear wedding day scenario together with contingency plans for unexpected situations.
On the wedding day, I become the main point of contact for suppliers and, thanks to my knowledge of English and French, also for your international guests. Every celebration is different, but my role remains the same: to quietly lead the day, solve what needs solving and make sure you can truly enjoy it.
