Nadya and Viktor came to the planning process with a very clear vision. They wanted their wedding in Poland to feel elegant and glamorous, but above all, they wanted their guests to feel that every part of the celebration had been created with intention.The ceremony took place outdoors in the Gloriette at Pałac Mała Wieś, followed by dinner in the New Orangery, transformed with an abundance of flowers. A carefully planned menu, sweet buffet and cocktail bar became part of an evening filled with experiences and surprises.One of the most memorable moments came after dark, when a fireworks display was created to Nadya’s favourite song. Later, a performance by an award-winning artistic duo — prepared as a surprise from Viktor’s sister — added another unexpected moment to the celebration.But the wedding day was not the end of the experience.The following celebration took on a completely different identity. For the Great Gatsby-inspired after-party, the setting was transformed once again — with feathers, gold and black details, lounge areas and tables inspired by an intimate jazz club. A burlesque performance completed the atmosphere.Planning a celebration like this requires much more than creating one beautiful setting. Two events with two different atmospheres had to feel connected while still giving guests a completely new experience. From the transformation of the spaces and entertainment to suppliers, timing and production, every element had to work together behind the scenes.This is one of the things I value most about destination weddings in Poland: creating not only a beautiful wedding day, but a complete experience that guests will remember long after they return home.
