We confirm the final arrangements and prepare contingency plans for anything that may need an alternative.
ON THE WEDDING DAY
I become the main point of contact for your suppliers and oversee everything included in my coordination service behind the scenes.

TIMELINE - I create a detailed wedding day timeline, bringing all the individual elements into one clear plan
PLAN B - We prepare for the unexpected — from weather changes to logistical challenges
SUPPLIER COORDINATION - I contact your suppliers, share the timeline and confirm the arrangements, timings and responsibilities
FINAL DETAILS - We go through the remaining details together and make sure nothing important has been overlooked
FINAL CONFIRMATIONS - I make the final checks with suppliers so everyone knows exactly where to be, when and what happens next
WEDDING DAY - I run the day behind the scenes, manage the timeline and handle changes as they happen
